Next great Web site

I am trying to find a use for the extra hosting slot on the Web server Samantha and I lease. I could conceivably put any kind of site that I wished into it, but nothing in particular is coming to mind.

I could try for something like “Wordsplosion!, as our part of the country is rife with misspellings and malapropisms. I could set up a site to highlight my adventures in learning a new programming language, as I have tinkered around with Objective-C, Python and a bit of advanced PHP with the Symfony MVC framework. I could spin off my own portfolio site as my current site through Carbonmade is a bit limited in how it can be presented. Perhaps I could temporarily use it for a local political candidate that needs a leg-up on the next election cycle. Maybe a referendum needs a grassroots organizing platform, or a local interest group needs a home page.

In short, I am not lacking in the way of options. In fact, any of those would be an exciting undertaking. I suppose I am just searching for which one is the best use of the space, and worth the $10 or so to register a domain name. Feel free to pitch me your ideas.
