Tonight, while waiting for my wife's plane to come in from Florida, I went to the Digital Nashville December Meet-up and Mixer at the Nettwerk/SYNC offices above Edgehill Studios Cafe. This was my first event with this group, so there was bound to be a period of time where I stood around searching for anyone I might have met through other events. I finally struck up conversation with a few other first-time visitors, so the evening worked out well. Now my wife and I are celebrating the fact that I did not burn down the apartment while she was away.
