We had a fairly laid back weekend. Our recent trouble with cars has just about eaten our Federal Stimulus check, so we relaxed yesterday and went to a service this morning at the FUUN in Green Hills. After the hectic time last weekend, spending time with her was a welcome reprieve. Right now we are watching scenes from Episode VI: Return of the Jedi over pizza.

We are going to Game 4 of the Nashville Predators vs. Detroit Red Wings series in the Stanley Cup Playoffs on Wednesday. Have I told you lately how much I love my wife (and her job for having a ticket drawing)? She also bought me Kosher-for-Passover Coke from Publix (it is the only time of year you can get it without the high fructose corn syrup).

I finally put in for some vacation time at work, so she and I will need to figure out how to best spend an extended weekend. Because I have monopolized the previous couple of weekends, I want to do something that she would enjoy. She has been working hard at her job preparing for trade shows, so I need to find a bit of balance between "fun" and "relaxing." I have already ruled out roller-coasters for only fitting half of that equation, so I will keep looking.

If anyone is wondering what I am up to, it is telling my wife how much I love her.
