In a story today about neighborhoods in south Nashville that are still a haven for real estate investors despite the market downturn, Robert Mohon had this to say (emphasis added):
The area also has fewer competitors than East Nashville, which has long been the center of the city's rehab market, said Robert Mohon, vice president of Real Estate Investors of Nashville, a local association of rehabbers and other investors.
"You can still have some investment returns, but without the bullets," he said.
Wow. Not sure I would have said that. Even though it is Music City, I doubt he was referring to this bullet.
