  • Won a Page Design award (third place) at SEJC.
  • Proud editor of the paper deemed "Best in the South" by that same conference.
  • Closed out my tenure as Executive Editor of The Pacer after three years.
  • Named to Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges & Universities.
  • Received Pacer-SPJ Award and Chairman's Outstanding Achievement Award.
  • Moved into a new apartment in Martin.
  • Driving a 1993 mini-van that I paid $200 for.
  • Started my first full-time job that wasn't an internship.
  • Started my first (and only) summer class.
  • Launched a re-design of another newspaper Web site.
  • Left first full-time job.
  • Graduated college.
  • Moved back to parent's house.
  • Started work at my new job in Nashville in September.
  • Moved into a new apartment in Nashville.
  • Married Samantha.
  • Learned the ins and outs of Subversion for project management.
  • Stepped up work on my open source project.
  • Made the first few payments on my student loans.
  • Lost my last surviving great grandparent.
